What is the difference between SDHC and SDXC?

SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) cards have a capacity up to 32GB and speeds of up to 120Mbps. SDXC (Secure Digital eXtended Capacity) cards have capacity of more than 32GB and are fast than the SDHC cards up to 200Mbps. 

While all devices that can take SDXC cards are compatible with SDHC cards, SDHC slots are not compatible with SDXC cards. Always check whether your device is compatible.
